Body Composition Analysis
Designed to measure and calculate your lean to non-lean body mass ratio.  Body composition analysis uses skin fold calipers to calculate your percentage of body fat.  This method of determining healthy body weight is a much better gauge of fitness than the traditional method of weighing.

Heart Zones Cardio Assessment / Training Sessions
Learn how to use a heart rate monitor, set your maximum heart range and training zones, and methods of working out with the heart rate monitor to achieve various health or fitness goals.

Training Sessions
This is where you work one-on-one with the trainer.  What happens during the session will depend on each individual.  It could be instructing you as you perform the recommended exercise, goal setting for the following week, reviewing your food log or action planning.  Each session will be personal and results oriented.
