Racquetball The PAC has two regulation sized, glass back walled
racquetball courts to serve its players and provide good viewing
opportunities for those wishing to watch the game. Court times can
be reserved by members (with racquetball memberships) up to several
weeks in advance.
The courts are open from:
5:00 AM - 9:45 PM Monday thru Friday
8:00 AM - 5:45 PM Saturday
8:00 AM - 1:45 PM Sunday
Our
Racquetball Pro
Charlie Hamon has been playing and competing in
racquetball for over 25 years. He has won the state and regional
age-group championships on a number of occasions and has been
nationally ranked. He is an AmPro certified instructor and has
taught racquetball at all levels and ages. He was a coach with the
Belgian National Team while living in Europe. He loves the game and
enjoys helping others with this great game.
Racquetball Activities
Discover Racquetball
This is the best way to get started, learn your fundamentals and
develop the base from which to improve. An hour-long clinic for a
maximum of 4 people will be held each month. Sign up at the RB
bulletin board - get started! Fee $10.
Challenge Court
Courts will be reserved for 2 hours each week for round robin play.
Just show up and get a game. A great way to meet others, find new
partners, see different styles and broaden your game. There will be
play for beginners and for women only.
Racquetball Ladder
This is a fun way to compete on a regular basis and improve your
game at the same time. Just put your name on the ladder, phone a
member when you want to play. The pro will maintain the ladder
standings.
Racquetball League
A team will be formed to compete with other clubs in the area.
There are spots for both men and women.
Junior Racquetball
An opportunity for younger players to get started, meet and play
with other juniors. Junior clinics will be held depending on
demand.
Tournaments
In-house tournaments, usually one-day shootouts, as well as open
tournaments will be held throughout the year. Times TBA.
Play
The Pro
At various times or during round robin play the Pro will be
available to play a game with you, critique your skills and hand out
some tips.
Demo
Clinics
Periodically a demonstration match between high caliber players will
be arranged so that we can all see to what level this game can be
taken.
Racquetball
Pricing
Members can enjoy unlimited racquetball play with a
monthly $15.00 add-on fee to their normal monthly fee (see pricing
information).
Members not paying the $15.00 monthly add-on fee can
enjoy the courts for $10.00 per hour per court.
We also have a monthly Racquetball Only membership
for $41.00 plus tax which allows unlimited court play. Racquetball
Only members are still responsible for a membership fee (see pricing
information) and are allowed full use of the locker room, saunas and
Jacuzzi. This membership precludes participation in any fitness
classes, or use of the pool, weight training and cardiovascular
