Meet Our Trainers:

 

Janet Jackson
Janet is a certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as a certified Heart Zonesā fitness professional with over 17 years experience working as a trainer. She leads the “Choose to Lose” Weight Loss Program and is also the Poulsbo Athletic Club’s Fitness Director. Results oriented, her goal is to help each individual be their personal best.

Jessica Kenney
Jessica graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science in 1997 from the University of Utah.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Jessica has been training since 1998 as well as teaching group exercise classes in step and floor aerobics, water aerobics, cycling and senior fitness.  In 1999, Jessica became certified with “Dancing Through Pregnancy” to focus more on pre/postnatal personal training.  She enjoys the benefits of exercise and loves to share this with her clients.

  Callie Lofton
Callie is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and a certified Group Exercise Instructor through AFAA. Callie loves the challenge of working with people of all ages and fitness levels. She believes with a positive attitude and determination anything is possible.

 

Ann Marie Underwood
Ann is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor through AFAA. Ann Marie has been teaching aerobics and fitness for over 18 years.  She participates in marathons as well as triathlons. Ann Marie is available to coach individuals for marathons, triathlons, as well as multi-level fitness. Ann Marie believes in keeping balance with fitness, nutrition, and rest for overall good health.

 

Tina Bolt
 Tina has been employed at the PAC since 1997. Certified with American Fitness Association of America for personal training and aquatics. Other professional skills include Silver Sneakers I and Silver Sneakers "Crankup up the Cardi" trainer. She looks forward to sharing her time, skills and energies to ensure that your experience at the PAC exceeds your expectations.

 

Kris Colletto, MD
Kris is a certified Personal Trainer with the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She enjoys the preventative approach fitness training offers and watching her clients feel better, reduce stress, get in shape and develop healthy habits. Kris enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels as well as those who have been released from physical therapy or who are living with chronic disease.

Jill Gravunder
Jill graduated with a B.S. in Recreation from Indiana University. She is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor through Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and a certified aquatic instructor through Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). Through a healthy diet, plentiful exercise and a lifestyle of moderation, Jill maintains a zest for life which shows in her positive attitude, sense of humor and quest for variety and fun.

Camelia (Cam) Moody
Cam is certified as a Person Trainer through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). A true professional whose top concern is her clients. Cam combines a detail oriented program while maximizing the impact for measurable gains in personal fitness. She has a passion for training that provides the "best fit" for each individual.

  Audrey Milano
Audrey is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of American (AFAA). Audrey is also a certified teacher in Health and Fitness through Washington State with over 15 years of fitness instruction experience specializing in personal training, triathlon training, yoga, aerobics, and group cycle. Audrey is renowned for her high energy training sessions and motivational techniques that help her clients push beyond their fitness goals and accomplish feats they never thought were possible. Audrey focuses on tackling client struggles and celebrating their successes with a personal touch. Believe that you can do it!

Stella Cole
Stella is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is Silver Sneakers® certified and has been an indoor cycle instructor at PAC since 2006. As a sprint triathlete and finisher of local bike rides such as the STP and RSVP, she is available to develop training programs and offer support for first-time and seasoned competitive athletes.
